Harborview Restaurant & Bar was founded in 2018 by a team of culinary and hospitality professionals led by Kinson Wong. With more than 30 years of successfully being in the restaurant business and with an award-winning restaurant under his belt, he is continuing the vision and dream of creating good, authentic Cantonese Chinese cuisine in this beautifully elevated space.
